Pies Negros Rioja dealcoholised 2013 or 2014)This wine is made with Tempranillo (90%) and Graciano (10%) grapes from the village of balos. The grapes are fermented destemmed but uncrushed with indigenous yeasts. 90% of the wine is matured in 500 litre oak barrels for 12 months, with 10% kept in concrete. This method retains a wonderful freshness in the wine. Cherry red in colour this wine has warm spice and toast on the nose. On the palate the wine shows a delicate balance between tannin and
